Good Work Skills is a free, innovative programme that supports people to achieve their employment goals.

Your employment specialist will offer one-to-one support to help you build on your strengths, and to earn digital badges that evidence skills that are valued by local employers. The badges can also be used on your CV, on job sites, and in interviews.

We offer a range of wellbeing and financial support, and our flexible service is available both while you’re looking for employment and after you start your new role.

We work with people who…

  • are aged 25 or over
  • are unemployed
  • live in Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley
  • have a health condition, and/or are experiencing low mental wellbeing.
