Honest worked as a helicopter and aircraft engineer in the army when he had an accident and had to have an operation on his hand. Honest experienced a lot of pain due to the injury, which also affected his mental health, and was discharged by the army.

Honest worked with his coach, Rosemary, to search for his ideal job, and initially secured a short-term contract in train engineering.

However, he was determined to follow his vocation. So, with the help of Rosemary, he secured the job of his dreams as Aviation Supervisor working on the Royal Air Force aeroplanes in Anglesey.

“When I realised Rosemary had more faith in me than I had in myself, I knew it was time to move forward and leave the past behind me.”
